One thing that needs to be made clear, especially in this current market climate, is that being quiet isn't the same as slow.
The market might have gotten really selective of late but that hasn't kept @cellframenet away from shipping through public repositories.
And speaking of, here's the breakdown of what actually shipped:
LIVE: The Web DEX is operational today at https://t.co/mzdwj4kQLw, running on conditional transactions and an order book.
BETA: The browser wallet extension is functional and refining fast, logging 191 commits in public repositories over 90 days.
OPEN SOURCE: Two new AI agent tools launched on https://t.co/lgI35VQylc: SLC MCP for memory management and Swarm MCP (written in Rust) for agent coordination.
DIRECTION: The Service Network remains an active technical direction on the existing backbone using CELL and KEL, not a shipped product.
To sign off, I'd like to leave off with this: A quieter market rewards whoever actually finishes things.
And oh, you don't even have to guess.. just go verify the commits for yourself across public repositories on https://t.co/k8wVW2U08f.👌🏼🥂

@laurashin Adam Back blocked me when I introduced him to the best expert in quantum algorithms (he has the smallest Shor's algorithm), cryptography and quantum computers.
They refuse to fund PQC projects or BIP so there is a deeper problem here.
IF YOU HAD @cellframenet INFRASTRUCTURE TO BUILD ON, WHAT WOULD YOU CREATE?
This is the question I keep coming back to.
KelVPN demonstrates that decentralized infrastructure can be turned into an actual service.
But one working service doesn't have to be the end of the story.
It can be the starting point.
Cellframe has described a Service Network direction that could potentially extend the existing backbone into additional service categories.
Some of the directions mentioned include:
• CDN
• Business messenger
• Decentralized inference
• AV restreaming
Again, these are directions, not products I'm claiming are already live.
So let's take the idea one step further.
Forget the existing examples for a moment.
Imagine you're building on the infrastructure yourself.
What problem would you solve?
Maybe it's something related to:
→ Data delivery
→ AI computing
→ Communication
→ Media distribution
→ Privacy
→ Developer infrastructure
→ Decentralized storage
→ Something completely different
The most interesting part of decentralized infrastructure isn't simply that it is decentralized.
It's what people can actually build with it.
A network becomes more meaningful when developers, businesses, and communities can turn its underlying infrastructure into useful services.
That's why I think this conversation should be bigger than:
“What feature comes next?”
The better question might be:
“What service should exist next?”
So I'm throwing this one to the Cellframe community:
If you had the infrastructure, the network, and the freedom to experiment...
WHAT WOULD YOU BUILD?
Drop your idea below.

$CELL is quietly setting up 👀
Price has been consolidating for months while holding strong support, with a descending trendline acting as resistance.
A clean breakout could open the way toward $0.095, around +148% from the current chart level.
One of the low-caps I’m keeping on my radar. 🔥
There are so many discuss about "is this team working? Is that team working?"
Well, I have a better idea.. how about you go inspect their public commits? 💭
I've always been of the notion that when attention gets selective across the market (as it currently is), the cleanest way to judge progress is checking public repositories directly.
Looking at @cellframenet public repositories on https://t.co/eqka0rmHr8 over the last 90 days alone:
191 commits to the browser wallet extension
140 commits to the KelVPN client
58 commits to the libcf client
No guessing games needed here at all.
All you need do is verify the activity yourself at https://t.co/k8wVW2U08f and https://t.co/vSj0VMH2BN.
I'll be dropping my mic here and allow the code do the talking. 🙂🫱🏽🫲🏼

What shipped while it was quiet?
Instead of treating everything as one big announcement, separate the work into four buckets:
Live.
Beta.
Open source.
Direction
🧵 The market got quieter, but @cellframenet keeps building.
Capital and attention are more selective.
But does a quieter market mean development has stopped?
