@WestJet Well, it's been over 72 hours since my gate-checked baggage was lost. Made a report that your tech jumbled up. Cant edit it. Still no word.

I can narrow it down though, my stuff is either at @yvrairport @yyc or YXE airport.

But the biggest disappointment wasnt that we have to wait another 2 days to fly, it's that we were given no info, and no vouchers/compensation/bumps anything. We didnt need to know everything going down, but customer service wise, a little goes a long way. @WestJet @yvrairport

After 13 hours of waiting for staff to tell us there was nothing they could do (or would do) to help us or make us feel less terrible for waiting for them for so long, my travel partner and I left on the first taxi out of @yvrairport @WestJet

And for the record, pretty much no one will be leaving @yvrairport now due to conditions and lack of preparedness/infrastructure (so I hear). This includes Flair Air, Air Canada, and WestJet.
