📊 The 5-Year Survival Split:

•Relative more Favorable Group (lacking abn5q, abn17p, or abn3q26): 46% OS
•Unfavorable Group (has 1+ of these mutations): 18% OS 📉

🔮 The Takeaway: A "very poor-risk" label needs evaluation . Patients lacking abn5q, abn17p, or abn3q26 or highly complex CGN see more durable survival, while those who have them have worse outcomes and require consideration to targeted peri-transplant strategies.
