Dear @British_Airways, we would appreciate it massively if you would reply to our claim for lost bags (that remained lost for the entirety of our holiday to Australia) in a timely fashion. Feels like the least you could do to claw back some integrity after the lost bag sh*t show.

Your lost baggage tracking system is TERRIBLE. Our bags were lost on 15 Dec en route to Sydney, full of Xmas presents. Now on 29 Dec we still dont know where our bags are & we leave tomorrow. I call daily & get different news about their location. Its a shambles

@Finnair @British_Airways Sadly not true. Even though we booked with @Finnair & the first 2 legs of our trip was on Finnair, as the final leg was on @British_Airways, Finnair take no responsibility for locating our bags. Worse still BA tell me you won’t respond to their request for info on the bags🤯

@british_airways & @finnair - please please can you at tell us where our bags are? We left LHR over a week ago to travel to Sydney & your system says you don’t even know where they are. Our kids are without Christmas presents & we have none of our stuff. It’s a bloody crime.
