Our Street Outreach team dedication is second to none! Following a sleepless night participating in the #Swindon's rough sleepers count, they took a long trip to London, to support a rough sleeper regain essential paperwork in order for him to secure accommodation.
Last week, our amazing Street Outreach Team, in partnership with @SwindonCouncil conducted an official count of rough sleepers. 24 were found sleeping rough in Swindon Town Centre.
