Look for the normal fatty marrow on sag T1.

If replaced, could be metastatic dz, myeloma or lymphoma.

Don’t forget to look for direct extension from nasopharyngeal ca, macroadenoma or meningioma.

If midline think ecchordosis or chordoma.
