I LOST 27 KILOS WITH CHATGPT AS MY PERSONAL TRAINER.

No gym. No expensive apps. No BS.

Just daily discipline + prompts that actually gave me structure.

Here’s the 7 Prompts that can do the same for you:

Sbwl to fast forward to the part where I’m living with my partner and we’re spending an annoying amount of time together in our beautiful home. Occasionally, we host friends for Braai’s. Restaurant hopping on the days we feel like going out. Ohh Bawo-NDIVE 😭😭😭😭🕯️🕯️

[Philisiwe @THPs_world]

@prophetessfay1 Amen

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father,
God, I’ve been wrestling in the dark.
Fighting battles nobody sees.
Carrying burdens nobody knows.
And sometimes I wonder…
Is it all in my head?
But then you whisper:
No, you’re not crazy. You’re just pregnant with purpose.”
So today, I stop apologising for the weight I carry.
I stop hiding the stretch marks of destiny.
This pressure isn’t punishment preparation.
I was never built for comfort.
I was built to carry glory.
And glory always presses before it pours.
So God, pour through me.
Even if it costs me comfort.
Even if it isolates me.
Even if it breaks me open.
Let every delayed birth fire.
Let every closed door push me deeper into purpose.
Let every “no” become a setup for the one “YES” that changes everything.
I prophesy over my own life:
🔥 I am not average.
🔥 I am not stuck.
🔥 I am not forgotten.
Heaven knows my name.
Hell fears my movement.
And the earth is waiting for my manifestation. This is the season everything starts to make sense.
Not because it’s easy, but because I’m finally ready.
God, let the weight of my calling wake the world. Amen.
