ការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យាគឺជាបញ្ហាសកល ដែលកំពុងគំរាមកំហែងដល់សន្តិសុខសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់ប្រទេសជាច្រើនជុំវិញពិភពលោក រួមទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។

រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានបង្ហាញជំហរយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងបទល្មើសឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆ្លងដែន ដោយមិនអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យដែនដីកម្ពុជាក្លាយជាជម្រកសម្រាប់សកម្មភាពឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឡើយ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានពង្រឹងយន្តការស្ថាប័ន និងក្របខ័ណ្ឌច្បាប់ ដោយចាត់វិធានការយ៉ាងតឹងរ៉ឹងចំពោះអ្នកប្រព្រឹត្ត អ្នកសម្របសម្រួល និងអ្នកដែលផ្តល់ការការពារ ឬទទួលផលពីបណ្តាញឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម រួមទាំងការរឹបអូសទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ និងការផ្តន្ទាទោសតាមច្បាប់ ដើម្បីធានាប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការបង្ក្រាប និងទប់ស្កាត់បទល្មើសឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។

Presiding over the Opening Ceremony of the International Conference on Combating Online Scams, under the theme, “Acting Together towards Breaking the Chain and Eradication of Online Scams”.

Online Scams are a global issue that pose a growing threat to public security, social order, and the economies of many countries, including Cambodia.

The Royal Government of Cambodia has taken a firm stance against online scams and transnational crime, ensuring that Cambodian territory does not become a haven for criminal activity. At the same time, the Royal Government has strengthened institutional mechanisms and legal frameworks by imposing strict measures against perpetrators, facilitators, and those who protect or profit from criminal networks, including asset seizures and legal punishments. These efforts aim to effectively suppress and prevent online scams.
