Upon my return from a delightful weekend in Amsterdam, I wanted something far flung from the stodgy bitterballen and kalfsvleeskroket of the Netherlands. Today I enjoyed this slow cooked pork belly with rice and salad. Delicious and fresh 7/10

This classic Irish haunt might not seem much set back on gentrified Church St, but its heady combination of 4 Guinness taps, Tayto crisps & Irish whiskeys makes for a killer win.
