My personal opinion on the Moniepoint conversation about talent: two things can be true at the same time. It is the inability to hold that breadth of thinking that forces people into pointless arguments instead of constructive solutions.

It's like the pointless arguments we make about the church: old generation versus new. Only for the new to do everything they claimed the old generation did, without even seeing the contradiction.

When we are ready for dialogue, we know what to do.
