Tevgera Jinen Azad is a Kurdish women movement advocating for women's inclusion and representation in political, social and cultural spaces. It promotes a peaceful resolution to the Kurdish question and liberation of women from misogynistic norms.
We were together with women artists from Greece.
We discussed the work carried out by Tja, the women’s struggle, equal representation, and women’s pioneering role in the peace process.
We also expressed our determination to expand our collective struggle in the coming period.
From Kurdistan to Colombia, from the Basque Country to Europe; as women, we have charted a roadmap for peace in Zurich.

We participated in the meeting of the Platform of Women Mayors in Turkey held in Manisa. We discussed women’s equal representation in local government, the co-mayorship system, the call for peace.
We emphasized the struggle to enshrine the co-mayorship system in law.
We were in Amara today to mark the birthday of Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan.
