As a past provider, doctors work mostly for larger Health Care Systems with negotiated fee structures and to maintain privileges, must accept Medicare or Madicaid patients to be financially viable. Also, there are less cash only or insured patients every year. It is insane to think doctors can go back on this path in today’s economy and widespread hardship.
