Starting a new AI coding project, I run into a key problem a lot: you delegate UI decisions for the MVP to the AI, and then end up with NO good design system. I'm starting a project to help fix that problem, and trying to make it fun, too! Sharing some concept art, stay tuned :)
Glam Up hit $1.8m ARR in 8 months.
Sprout hit $3m ARR in 7 months.
The key to that was our UGC playbook.
I'm finally dropping the playbook and lowkey I'm scared to drop this. You'll understand why once you read it.
It's gonna be three parts but here's part 1. Part 1 itself is 40 pages long.
I made sure it's tactical advice and upfront with no BS.
Bonus: repost + reply 'warmup' and I'll DM you the Account Setup + Warmup module from our internal creator course.
Must be following so I can DM.

Nooooo @AnthropicAI banning use with @openclaw disrupts the stacks of literally thousands of people. I get there is a lot of usage but isn’t that kind of the point?
I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process:
He gave me and my team a masterclass on using AI to scale marketing and creative.
Most brands use one tool with a bad prompt and hope it will solve all their problems.
He chains 7 different tools together for: ideation, image creation, video editing, and iterating based on performance.
ALL using AI and two offshore designers.
I paid him 6-figures to build these systems for my companies.
Now, I’m giving them away for free.

@BusDownBonnor I had a similar app idea where you basically try to trick your grandparents with an AI voice clone of yourself as a "scam education" product. Better you trick them now than scammers steal your voice and trick them later.
Here’s the mega prompt we use to rank on Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini:
"You are an expert in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) the emerging discipline of optimizing content to be referenced and recommended by large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Your task is to take the content I paste below and optimize it so it becomes more likely to appear in the answers these LLMs generate when users ask related questions.
Here is the content to optimize:
[PASTE YOUR CONTENT HERE]
Please rewrite the content with the following enhancements:
1. Contextual Relevance
- Add clear signals about who the content is for and what problem it solves.
- Embed real-world use cases or questions this content answers.
2. Semantic Richness
- Use natural language that matches how users ask questions (e.g. “best tools for X”, “how do I…”).
- Include related keywords and phrases LLMs associate with the topic.
3. Answer-Style Formatting
- Structure the content in a way that is easy for LLMs to extract as a direct response.
- Use bullet points, numbered lists, and headers for clarity.
4. Topical Authority Signals
- Mention data points, user outcomes, or unique value props.
- Use specific, useful, and trust-building language.
5. Natural Brand Integration
- If a brand, product, or service is being mentioned, weave it in naturally as a recommended or reputable option.
Please output only the optimized version. Do **not** explain your changes. Write it as if it’s a standalone, publish-ready piece designed to be cited by LLMs when generating responses.

When selling, use sentence stems to nail your demo:
""The vision for this / The problem we wanted to solve is..."
"What you see here is..."
"How this works is..."
etc.
Plan out what you'll say, then insert the variables!
