Nearly every faith holds some worship as sacred rather than putting it on display. What this video shows is people making covenants with God and centering their lives on Jesus Christ — in clothing and symbols that echo the temples of the ancient world. That's reverence. And posting anyone's private moment of worship in order to brand it a "cult" says far more about the person posting than about the millions who find peace there.

Lizzie will tell you she's calling out cults the way Christ did. But notice what Christ actually did with conflict: He confronted people in order to call them to a higher way of living. His hard sayings lifted people toward something better. Lizzie only builds contempt for people she hasn't tried to understand. If she sincerely believes she's doing the Lord's work, that's the question we hope she’ll sit with: where's the higher, holier way?

With all the interest in how little dehydration it takes to affect your mood, here’s another reason to drink water: even modest dehydration can promote insulin resistance.

When fluid levels drop, your body releases vasopressin (the hormone that tells your kidneys to hold onto water). That same hormone also tells the liver to release more glucose and stimulates cortisol. Cortisol then drives extra blood sugar production and makes muscle and fat cells less responsive to insulin.

The result is a body that has to work harder (i.e., more insulin) to keep blood sugar in check. You don’t need to be severely dehydrated for this to start happening. Drink water!

In 2008 China also announced a high-speed rail and has now connected the entire country with over 30,000 miles while California has connected 0 miles.

Over $500 million has gone to contractors who could not work, homes are currently being built on the alignment, and farmers will lose their farms. In this video I go down the alignment of the high speed rail exposing the failures and confront the legislators in charge of this absolute disaster of a project.

A prime example of fraud, waste and abuse of the taxpayer dollar.
