🚨 ROCKTON, ILLINOIS: 8-MONTH-OLD FRENCH BULLDOG COLLAPSES AND DIES FROM EXTREME HEAT WHILE UNDER AN OFFICER’S WATCH - OWNER PLEADS FOR OVER 30 MINUTES FOR HELP
On a hot, 97-degree day, Collazo Gonzalez was pulled over for speeding and detained for driving with a suspended license. Gonzalez stated that he did not know his license was suspended.
Officers detained him and instructed him to call a family member for a ride because his vehicle was going to be towed.
We requested all camera footage through an open records request to find out exactly what happened next.
The result was a clear message from Rockton PD to me and my team:
“You’ll only get what we want to send you.”
They redacted nearly the entire written report. They also redacted very strange portions of the bodycam footage, including a portion where, allegedly, Gonzalez’s aunt was telling the officer over the phone to at least give the dog some water. She also told the officer, “The dog is gonna die if they don’t do anything.”
There were other portions of the bodycam footage that were redacted as well.
Gonzalez was pulled over at 12 : 40 pm. When he was pulled over, Kody, his 8-month-old French Bulldog, was already panting.
When officers removed Gonzalez from the vehicle, they left Kody inside the non-running car for more than 20 minutes. During the process, Gonzalez asked if they could please put Kody in one of their police cars.
He was ignored.
At 1 : 02 pm, Kody was finally placed in the back of the police vehicle with Gonzalez. The AC was not on.
When one of the female officers came to check on them, Gonzalez begged her for air. She turned on the air, but it was not cold.
For the next 15–20 minutes, you can see Kody in visible distress. I have looked over every minute of this footage. And I cried.
I haven’t cried watching bodycam footage in a long time. This made me cry.
And if anyone wants the file, I’ll happily provide it.
Then, approximately 30 minutes after being placed in the back of the hot police vehicle, another male officer finally comes to speak to Gonzalez.
This is the footage I’m showing here. 👇
He listens as Gonzalez pleads with him over and over again while he stands there and doesn’t budge to help.
In additional footage, you can see Gonzalez, with his clearly distressed dog, attempt to head toward a nearby house to get water. He is stopped by the officer so they can read off his citations.
All while there appears to be no urgency for Kody.
They then offered to drive Gonzalez several minutes to a nearby convenience store - not an emergency vet.
And in this footage, they REDACTED anything said about the emergency involving Kody, but the sound came back in when they were discussing Gonzalez’s citations.
I will share another video in the thread with more context regarding this.
Unfortunately, Kody later passed away in Collazo Gonzalez’s arms.
Gonzalez has retained an attorney and has actively tried to raise awareness about what happened to Kody.
RIP, baby. 💔
There's this guy on TikTok who goes into Walmarts with a calibrated scale and weighs packages of food to find many are significantly underweight. If he complains to the management, they ignore him. Eventually the stores kick him out. This has gone on for months.
Corporate gave some non-responsive statement to USA Today to the effect of if you, personally, discover you've been shorted, you can ask for a refund, but this guy investigating is still banned. Obviously this creates a bias in favor of the store since they can fail to address the issue systematically while the means of restitution requires individual consumer action, and most people don't weigh packaged food.
Don't we have government departments that only exist to handle this full time? Shouldn't it be impossible to make a series out of this if they're doing their job? If the government isn't enforcing the law, why should we respect the right of the store to trespass people publicizing the issue?
HERO ALERT: An armed citizen stopped a shotgun threat inside a crowded Utah gas station before the suspect could fire.
Police say 23-year-old Ofa’tangikivaha Angilau became belligerent after a clerk refused to sell him alcohol without identification.
Another customer intervened and helped remove him from the store.
But Angilau returned carrying a shotgun.
The armed citizen immediately opened fire, striking Angilau before he could discharge the weapon or hurt anyone inside.
Angilau did not survive. The armed citizen remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
A dangerous man entered a crowded business carrying a shotgun. Thankfully, a law-abiding citizen was prepared to stop him. When a threat appears without warning, an armed citizen may be the only person standing between innocent people and tragedy.

To all the Supermarkets and big commercial stores that operate 'Self Check-outs'....
You are heading towards almost exclusively self-checkout now. Yesterday I went shopping at one such store and the lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone.
I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already filled my trolly, emptied my trolly and scanned the items, refilled my trolly, and so I just skipped the exit line and left.
I heard her saying "Umm - Excuse me “ as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.
You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be.
• I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you.
• If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine.
• Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities.
YOU DON'T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN SHOPPING.
YOU DON’T GIVE ME STAFF DISCOUNT FOR WORKING FOR YOU.
Signed…

🚨They wait until the dead of night…
Blacked-out minibuses rolling into a quiet Welsh village of just 1,600 people.
No announcement. No consultation. Just migrants quietly moved into the old village hall that locals were told would be rented out like normal homes.
The Home Office thinks if they sneak them in under cover of darkness, nobody will notice the sudden influx in a tiny community.
Well, we noticed.
No public say. No transparency. Just another “blindsided” village left to deal with the consequences.
Disgusting.
Absolute betrayal of the people who actually live here.
When did secret midnight drops become government policy?
A small-town government critic had a sneaking feeling his local police were tracking him across the country. Records show officers followed his movements nationwide using Flock cameras dozens of times over a year without a warrant or suspicion of a crime.

My wife is a nurse. She was pregnant during the pandemic. Her best friend is also nurse and she too was pregnant during the pandemic. She and her husband had been trying for a long time and this was their first.
They were both well into their pregnancies when the hospital that they work for started mandating full time employees get vaccinated. The hospital was pushing the vaccine so hard and the rhetoric was so crazy that they were both worried if it would even deliver their babies if they were not vaccinated. That's how scared they made people.
My wife and I decided immediately that there was no chance she was getting vaccinated while carrying our baby. She was only a couple months from giving birth so she tried to stall. She filed for an exemption, it was denied. She used whatever PTO she had. Then she quit full time and went part time. She made it through and gave birth to our beautiful, healthy, love of my life baby boy, vaccine free.
My wife's friend was just a couple months away from giving birth when she succumbed to the pressure to get vaccinated. She and her husband had already set up their daughter's room. They named her Penelope.
She was full term when she started having stomach pains. She thought she was in labor so she went to the hospital. The doctor told her that her baby was no longer alive. They induced labor and she delivered a dead little girl. Afterwards the doctor told her that a blood clot caused the death of her baby.
When my wife's friend sees our son she still gets emotional because her daughter would have been the same age as him. It breaks our hearts to see her still so heartbroken. What happened during the pandemic was just pure evil.
I apologize for the edp sting.
Sorry we did it in a county that sentences people to only 90 days in jail for having 70 TERABYTES (millions of images) of child porn, and refuses to take any cases seriously.
It's all Kern Countys fault, everything else was flawless except for the fact that edp lived in Bakersfield.
So again guys, really sorry he lives in Bakersfield and not a place that takes it seriously.
Im so so so sorry
🚨BREAKING: Jars Cannabis in Madison Heights has REMOVED their “No Flock Zone” sign after the city ordered them to take it down or face sanctions.
Jars installed it to block a Flock camera from scanning every customer in their lot.
Back to being logged by the government—Enjoy!
Another citizen being prosecuted for an opinion in Van Horn, Texas.
At a live city council meeting, a man commented that the community is safer when the city does not rush its decisions on data centers. That is a protected political opinion about a real issue of public concern.
For saying it, Culberson County Sheriffs and the Van Horn Police Department are now prosecuting him for a "terroristic threat."
Read that again. There is no threat of violence anywhere in that comment. Tex. Penal Code 22.07 requires a threat "to commit any offense involving violence." His words were not that. They were criticism of local government, spoken at a public meeting, which is exactly the speech the First Amendment exists to protect.
The concern he raised is legitimate. Data centers consume enormous amounts of water and energy, which drives up costs for taxpayers and residents. People have every right to question projects like these before their city votes on them.
GFA Law will always defend protected speech that is critical of government officials. This is government punishing a citizen for speaking out, and it needs to stop.
He needs support in this fight. Please follow his channel and stand with him:

Heartbreaking video
68-year-old Todd Stewart screams for help as he is stabbed to death in front of his own home by a career criminal RELEASED ON BAIL 24 HOURS EARLIER.
36 year old Marcos Iriarte-Valdez has been arrested for rape, hit and run, burglary, violating a restraining order and most anything else you can think of.
In April he was charged with two counts of felony first-degree burglary after multiple home invasion robberies. He pleaded not guilty and was released on bail with an ankle monitor.
Tuesday he gets arrested for violating the terms of his release. They take the ankle monitor off him while he’s in custody. The very next day a judge orders him released once more on his own recognizance and refers him right back to monitoring. They don’t even put a new monitor on him until Friday morning…after the murder.
There is no justice for victims in Gavin Newsom’s lawless California.
Police departments should buy hot and pop systems instead of spending money on flock cameras. The system detects high temps and releases the dog. This system cost less than one year of a single flock cameras rental. Spare me the lies about no budget.
