With that, the last item on the agenda has been completed, and a motion to adjourn has been passed. Thank you for tuning in to this morning's SIDA Council meeting!
The second to last item on the agenda is the building at 327 Montgomery Street. It has been vacant since 2019, and the council is motioning to approve an appraisal of the building. The motion was passed.
Regarding the Armory Square Garage, SIDA has owned the building since its conception. This was never formally authorized through the proper channels, and the current motion is to approve the lease for $1 a month for three years.
The Jemal Gridley LLC project, regarding the M&T Bank Building, has been passed unanimously. This company was noted by Councilwoman Sue Katzoff as "seeking tax exemptions and is in a highly distressed area.
The meeting has started on schedule, with all board members present. The first item on the agenda covers the building project at 400 South Salina Street.
