I always loved books.

As a teenager I volunteered at the public library. Those evenings were quiet, the library mostly empty.

It was there I met Heinlein, Tolkein, Clarke, Asmimov, Bradbury, Herbert, Niven, McCaffrey....soon after Gibson, Card, Dick.

Some friendships last a lifetime.

I got distracted from my current sci-fi project. This resulted in a short urban fantasy story, it's give me a ton of world building ideas.

I don't write fantasy normally.

Then I had another idea from my debut series, I wrote a chapter of that this morning.

Have I caught some kind of affliction? I've written in 3 different series this week , 3 different genres.
