Our staff received an update from Boy Scout Troop 176 that the Resusci-Annie CPR doll our officers donated in 2013 is still in use. Boy Scouts and Cub scouts are using this training prop to achieve their first aid and cpr merit badges, and working their way to Eagle Scout

Center City traffic closures are in effect. Roads are closed from 8th St. to 20th St. from Arch St. to Walnut St. There are no impacts to SEPTA service. All residents and essential employees, including hospital workers, can access the area by showing ID.

Former Vice President Biden will be hosting a town hall on Thursday, October 15, from 7-10pm at the National Constitution Center, 525 Arch St. There may be rolling road closures during his arrival and departure, but no planned long-term closures.

Center City Campus: There have been a lot of theft from autos in the past couple weeks. Please spread the word to keep vehicle doors locked and not to leave any valuables inside. Also, do not leave a car running while parked and unattended.

Jefferson Public Safety assisted the Philadelphia Fire Dept with a rescue at 9th& Chestnut St. The Jefferson Facilities Fire Shop and Fields Fire Protection were called to assist with removing the fire department connection to free the victims fingers @PhillyFireDept @ThielAdam

President Trump will be visiting Philadelphia this evening for an event at the National Constitution Center at 5th and Arch Street. Road closures around Independence Mall will be put in place at 1PM. Road closures will be between 4th and 9th Street and from Market to Vine Street
