First-of-its-kind verdict: Jury holds @UofMaryland liable for gender discrimination in case filed by wrongly acc’d student. After not-guilty TIX finding by campus tribunal, student was harassed by victims’ rights group. Reported it to UM but TIX office did nothing.

After 3 long years, the truth prevailed. I am so incredibly proud to represent such an impressive young man. After more than a week of trial with 7 state’s witnesses, the judge threw out the case. All charges have been dismissed and our client gets his life back.
