@CNviolations I'm guessing that is not a blue light but rather a UV light (which spills over into blue in some camera sensors). Mosquitos are more attracted to UV, rather than to the blue or green ranges of light, and are often used for mosquito traps.

It started getting adopted into corporate world in the '00s and became a mantra in the '10s leading to various diversity programs politically and corporately (DEI can be seen as one result).

@trimmer_isaac @sourpatchlyds For sourdough, I put the DO with the SD dough inside a turkey roasting pan with a couple wooden skewers laying on the bottom separating the DO from the bottom of the roaster. I then add a cup or so of water into the roaster and put the lids on the DO and the roaster.
