@JuliamMiddleton@IzzyJon67069546 In London there is a system called Universal Care Plan, used to be coordinate my care just for cancer but now open to all.
I register my patients if they or family agree. I can record care preferences. This system can be seen by GP, paramedics, community nurse and a&e.
@alisonleary1 In my day if you were waiting for your PIN you put some micropore over the word student on your name badge. That way everyone saw you were a nurse and would ask about the micropore and so you could explain.
@RACHELb75 @mancunianmedic@alisonleary1 I find it easier to write notes as a draft email then cut and paste into system one. If I get called away or it times out the draft email is saved, system one rev of rds aren't.
