@Dejase@LousyLibrarian One solution to improve program attendance: use Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Take a creative or informative program idea (top of the hierarchy) and push it toward love/belonging hierarchy level with elements that incorporate friendship and belonging.
@Dejase@LousyLibrarian I found that the topic was of interest, but a program wasn't the preferred response. My audience wanted short, in-the-moment information over time rather than a one-hour event that required calendaring.
