I’m glad the idea of “rot days” has become a little more accepted in society, everyone needs one day here and there to do nothing and recharge, but my problem seems to be that I need a whole rot week. I need a rot fortnight. Honestly I could do with a rot month once a month
I just don’t particularly enjoy people who treat me like a peasant. I’m much more likely to be friendly with a customer that speaks to me like I’m actually a human and not simply an extension of my place of work
PSA: it is rude af to come into the break room and crank the tv volume up so high that other people cannot hear their own thoughts.
Thank you. That it all.
can I just say I hate that working out gives u energy and mental clarity like… why couldn’t it have been sleeping and laying down why does it have to be exercise it’s so rude
Oh yeah no sure I’d love to train the new girl when it’s not part of my job description. And when no one was there to help me when I was new. And when my supervisor does JACK SHIT. but yeah no sure. ILL TOTALLY TRAIN HER FOR YOU TO TAKE CREDIT FOR IT
Can we just talk about how it’s normal for my retail job to schedule me 6+ days in a row on the regular???? Does anyone think to check that before posting the schedule? And if I say something IM the asshole?
Today, for the first time in my life, I had a therapist tell me “I would actually never recommend meditation for you.”
If you’ve ever been to therapy, or even posted about your mental health struggles online, you can probably relate to how HUGE this is.
Is anyone else feeling incredibly….. burnt out…. Or idk overwhelmed??? SO MUCH TO DO. SO LITTLE TIME. SO LITTLE ENERGY. SO LITTLE AVAILABLE BRAIN POWER
What is it that when you adopt your first cat. Suddenly everyone keeps trying to give you another cat to rescue. ONE PET HOUSE DEMON IS ENOUGH THANK YOU
If you work at an insurance company I need some perspective: why are you speaking to me like I’m an idiot and treating me like shit when it was your client who is proven to be 100% at fault? Genuinely asking. Is this how it’s supposed to go?
