On the afternoon of October 10th, the driver of this truck was observed engaging in targeted surveillance of a member of Dog the Bounty Hunter's team at their residence in the Cedar Grove & Cloverly Hill area of Marple Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

The activity included parking for an extended period, observing the home through what appeared to be binoculars, and circling back to pass the residence multiple times.

This marks the fourth time a member of our Pennsylvania team has been the subject of direct surveillance at their home.

While this 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 be a misunderstanding, our team has been the target of numerous death threats and a purported $100,000 bounty since September 2024.

Due to this pattern of activity, we are treating this surveillance as a credible threat to the safety of our team members and their families.

Ruling returns matter to the appellate docket; organization reaffirms commitment to lawful, evidence-driven search operations

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — August 22, 2025 — AtNight / One World announced today that it has learned the Superior Court of Pennsylvania has reinstated the organization’s appeal in litigation concerning alleged interference with the search effort for Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers. The matter will proceed before the appellate court.

“We appreciate the Court’s action and remain focused on protecting the integrity of the search,” said Cynthia Lee, Global Ownership Liaison for AtNight / One World. “We will continue to pursue every lawful avenue to safeguard volunteers and the public. The fight goes on.”

Given the ongoing nature of the proceedings, AtNight / One World will have no further comment on the merits at this time.

AtNight Creative Intelligence and One World Society have flagged a threatening message received through their national tipline regarding Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers, the Tennessee teenager missing since February 25, 2024. He was 15 years old at the time. No verified sightings have occurred since.

“This is not a troll. This is not theoretical,” said Hong Xie, Director of One World Society. “This is a direct threat to a minor’s life. The sender claims to have control over Sebastian and to possess the authority to kill him, regardless of payment. If the FBI doesn’t step in now, then when? Whether this was real or a malicious prank, no responsible agency should ignore this kind of threat when a child’s life is at stake.”

The agencies involved can no longer claim ignorance or lack of jurisdiction. While its authenticity remains unconfirmed and could represent a hoax or extortion attempt, the nature of the content and timing demand serious review. AtNight has submitted the message to federal authorities, including the FBI, for analysis and follow-up.
