Q: how do we balance transparency and accountability with privacy? A: they are two ends of the same spectrum and it is a challenge to draw a line.

Q: How does one address consent fatigue? A: DEPA is not a solution for social media websites. DEPA can be useful for flow based lending. You need consent when signing up. Consent each time they seek data from a data source.
