Day 3.5 without power. Walking around the neighborhood looking at the state of @PGE4Me's gross negligence letting trees grow all over powerlines, power poles, etc. No wonder a simple wind storm takes everything out. Coming from the Midwest and East Coast this is wild... #pgesucks
