Today's #tooltuesday post shows off my open- ended Ryobi #drumsander. This is how I'm able to flatten pieces which are too wide for my thickness #planer. The drum is 16" wide, so it can handle pieces up to 32" by flipping the project on each pass.
I made a silly #mistake. Building a 30" bistro table for a customer. Too big for my planer and will max out my drum sander. So I built it three sections. Shouldn't have started shaping until all three were complete. Best part of #woodworking: there's always a way to move forward!
Happy Anniversary to my incredible wife! Your love and support keeps me going every single day. I hope our adventures never end! #tlvalle#happyanniversary#LoveStory#June25
Here's a sampling of some of my current #projects. Top left: The start of two matching #servingtrays. Top right: Three unique #clipboards. Bottom: Two walnut #plaques in the works. Lots of other projects in the works too! #smallbusiness
One last picture from the #rustic#sandwichboard project I completed last week. I just love how these boards came out. Hopefully the customer will be willing to share a picture of the finished #sign! #smallbusiness#supportlocal
For this Throwback Thursday, here's a picture of TLValle Woodworking's very first social media picture. I focused on outdoor furniture when I first started. I've come a long way since then! #tbt#woodworking#woodshop#smallbusiness
This is what my #cuttingboards look like when I get them home from the #lumber yard. Usually between 4 and 8 feet long, rough cut #exotic lumber. From here it will get cut to thin 4-foot and then into strips. Any leftovers will be saved as shorts or for other #projects.
My #helper has been crushing it on the field this season! After this picture was taken, he stole 2nd... then stole 3rd... then STOLE HOME! Sometimes the #woodshop can wait. #littleleague Good luck today, bud!
I spend 48 hours each week answering calls for help. Today is one of those days. Stay safe out there, I'd rather meet you at a craft show than in an emergency! #IAFF#PFFM#firefighter#paramedic#neverforget
This is me! I usually prefer pictures of what I'm making rather than pictures of me. But sometimes I have to prove it really is me doing the work. Most of my work involves #cuttingboards and #servingtrays, I also do quite a bit of custom work. What can I do for you?
