I feel like Argentina are falling foul of the exact same thing Morocco did at the AFCON. They are getting one or two dubious decisions going their way but virtually all the 50/50s which then feeds into a lot of conspiracy theories and makes them grossly unpopular with the wider public.

Nothing the team can do but in the refs (subconsciously or otherwise) favouring them, everyone else resents them.
