Bought an Orient Electric air cooler last year. Faced motor issues just a week after purchase. Registered 6–7 complaints, motor replaced multiple times, but issue kept recurring. Now out of warranty & I'm being charged for repairs. Very unfair. @orient_electric please resolve!

Worst services by @DaikinIndia. Purchased daikin 5 star AC last year. The swing motor got faulty after few months. Did complaints many times but they semt wrong motor every time till the product goes out of warranty. They found a new way of robbing consumers money.

Now @DaikinIndia charging money for the swing motor they never replaced in te warranty period. They are saying that the product is now out of warranty, so i have to pay the money.
Now this matter is going to consumer court. 🙏
