For some years now, whenever people around me or my superiors at work make a decision, no matter how drastic it is, I always ask myself: If I were in their position, would I have made the same decision, or would I have acted differently?
My answer helps me understand the decision and why it had to be made, whether it is favorable to me or not.
Don't always look at things only from your own perspective. If you were in their position, you're likely to act the same way.
Most of you can't see anything good about your organization's policies. Every decision your CEO, GM, or superiors make is always met with complaints and criticism because you only see things through the prism of an employee, not from a leadership position.
In every organization, there are three levels of decision-making: strategic, tactical, and operational. You may never fully understand why people at the strategic level make those critical decisions until you get there yourself, just as you never understood why your parents had to do certain things when you were a child until you became an adult.
You’ve won in life as a man if you possess this 4 things
- you make money
-you can cook
- you have boundaries
- you know how to give and receive love 💕
When I come here and see what people celebrate as wins, it makes me even more grateful. I mean, some of the things I got on a platter years ago are the same things many people are still praying and working hard for. If you haven't really experienced real-life struggles, you're truly privileged and should be thankful.
As you strive for bigger wins, also learn to count your blessings. What you have today, which you may have gotten without breaking a sweat, is exactly what many people are hustling day and night for.
To everyone celebrating one win or another, your wins are valid, and many more will come. Just keep showing up and working harder and smarter. Day by day, brick by brick, a win is a win.
By "grown men," what age bracket are you referring to? If you ask me, 20 is still a very young age. If you're going to be involved in a relationship or have sex, I think you should do so with men between the ages of 20 and 28.
I don't think you have any business with men who are 29 and above, as I consider them quite a bit older than you. That's just my opinion, though. You're free to date or be with anyone in whatever age bracket you choose.
