Great little doc on Jackson Hole. The billionaire climate killers fly in on their jets but have their servants commuting up and over the mountains cuz they can’t afford to live in Jackson. Wyoming of course has two Republican senators who reliably serve the billionaires.
NEW: Billionaires hide in plain sight in America’s richest county.
But the workers who keep the town running can no longer afford to live there. Half commute an hour through a canyon just to get to work.
Jackson Hole tells the story of wealth inequality playing out everywhere.
@Nurse_Michele@NBCNews@SenateGOP This is nonsense. Unvaccinated/under-vaccinated communities are at risk for measles and it endangers babies too young for the vaccine.
Meta employees admitted the US corporation censored the Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp accounts of Brazil's left-wing President Lula da Silva in the lead-up to this month's election.
Meta also promoted the accounts of far-right pro-US candidate Flávio Bolsonaro.
Meta claimed this was supposedly because of "technical issues".
But what this really shows is how real democracy is impossible when US Big Tech corporations are used to manipulate elections around the world, to put in power right-wing US puppets who will sell out their country to US corporations and the US government (see: the recent US electoral interference in Colombia, Honduras, Peru, Argentina, etc.)
The CIA previously focused on organizing military coups to overthrow independent left-wing leaders and install right-wing pro-imperialist ones. Now it's much easier: Silicon Valley helps the US empire carry out soft coups by manipulating public opinion and interfering in elections.

What a pompous elf. California has more voters in LA County than there are in the entire state of Louisiana.
States run elections per the US Constitution.
Go back to the bush leagues little fascist.
🚨 BREAKING:
Raju: "What evidence proves California's elections are rigged?"
Mike Johnson: "Some efforts are so diabolical and deeply embedded that they're impossible to prove. But everyone instinctively knows something is wrong."

Just saw an exchange that every politician and candidate should note.
Someone posted that their dad was considering voting for Ashley Moody because of negative ads about Angie Nixon.
And Angie Nixon showed up in the replies, addressed his concerns, explained what she’s fighting for, and made it personal.
People want to feel heard, not just talked at. Angie’s response was perfection 🔥
My coworker's mother passed away last November.
She left her modest $190,000 house to him clear and free, no mortgage, completely paid off after thirty years of factory work.
He moved into the home in January to finally settle the estate.
Two weeks ago, a letter arrived from the state Medicaid estate recovery office.
Because his mother spent four months in a rehabilitation facility before she passed, the state quietly slapped a retroactive $114,000 lien against the property title.
He called the state health department, frantic, asking how a hospital stay could bankrupt an inherited home that had no mortgage balance.
The caseworker sighed and told him:
"Federal law requires state programs to claw back healthcare costs from deceased estates. The house cannot be sold or transferred until the balance is cleared in full."
He offered to pay a monthly settlement.
They said no. The full $114,000 is due in 60 days, or they foreclose on the property at a public auction.
A lifetime of working-class savings, wiped out overnight by a retroactive healthcare lien.
You don't own generational wealth.
You're just holding a property title until the state finds a legal mechanism to repossess it the moment you die.
I never once remember a protest against Joe Biden like this. This is Boston. No Kings Protest.
Oh that’s right Joe Biden didn’t think he was a king. He just wanted to make America better for everyone.

1-1/2lb of pork, beef, and veal meatball mix was on sale for $5.99 at the store and instead of thinking "What a deal!", I reflexively wondered what was really in it, where it was from, and how much I wanted to gamble on food poisoning. I don’t remember doing that two years ago.
Three Facts:
•Tommy wasn't a voter. He was a Christian Nationalist plant by Josh Hawley.
•Tommy isn't worried religious law superseding our Constitution. He admitted he's trying to enact Christian Shariah above the Constitution.
•Zero corporate media outlets will report on how the Muslim Senate Candidate is running to uphold the Constitution, and the Christian sitting Senator is governing to enforce Christian Shariah.
They're not afraid of losing our Constitution. They're afraid of competition.
Garrett Mitchell hit the home run that sent the Milwaukee Brewers to the World Series.
Their first one in 44 years.
He hit it with an insulin pump in his back left pocket.
Here is the whole thing.
It was a solo home run in the sixth off Tanner Scott. It put Milwaukee ahead 5 to 4 and they did not give the lead back.
Final was 6 to 4. Four straight over the Los Angeles Dodgers. The same team that swept them out of this round last year.
Now here is what is in that pocket.
Mitchell has type 1 diabetes. He was diagnosed in the third grade.
He told his mother he did not feel well. He was going to the bathroom about once an hour and his stomach hurt.
Shannon Van Dyke had her son's blood sugar tested. A healthy number is around 80. The meter would not give her a number at all. It just read HIGH.
The real figure was over 600.
"I remember my heart dropping, being afraid, and not knowing what to do or what our future looked like."
He got the pump at 10. She started setting an alarm for 2 or 3 in the morning to test him while he slept.
He kept playing. He carried a bag everywhere with snacks, insulin and sugar in it.
Here is what it cost him.
Coming out of Orange Lutheran High School in California, scouts had him going in the first three rounds.
He went in the 14th.
His coach at UCLA, John Savage, said the diabetes hurt his draft value. There were, in his words, lingering questions about it.
His agent Scott Boras later said that without the condition, Mitchell could have been a top 5 pick.
So he turned the Oakland Athletics down and went to UCLA.
He hit .327 there. He hit 15 triples, the second most in the history of that program.
Milwaukee took him 20th overall in the first round and signed him for 3.2 million dollars.
"My hands were shaking."
Now here is the part that tells you what this still costs him.
Last month, Milwaukee pulled him out of a game in the middle of the afternoon. He was not injured.
His manager Pat Murphy explained it afterward.
"We took him out precautionary. He had high blood sugar."
Murphy said it happens a lot going from a night game to a day game, and that the team keeps working on it.
That was about a month ago.
Now the honest part. He is not the best player on this team and this is not the only reason Milwaukee is going. They got here on pitching and on a lineup that would not go away.
But the man who fell 11 rounds because of what is in his pocket hit the home run that put them in front for good.
His mother once described it like this.
"You will notice it in his back left pocket. It never leaves his body, even when he's playing."
A former FBI supervisor is alleging that senior Trump officials pushed agents to investigate protesters in early 2025 despite internal concerns that their activities were protected speech. Jill Fields filed her whistleblower disclosure with Congress and submitted her testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
One incident involved people using megaphones in California to warn neighbors about immigration agents, which she alleges Trump demanded an investigation into.
She also alleged retaliation within the FBI after she voiced constitutional and procedural objections to opening investigations into speech-related activities. Fields was stripped of her leadership role in several FBI programs.
The whistleblower report also said that supervisors deliberately gave instructions in face-to-face meetings and ordered agents not to document directives in writing. This lack of a paper trail suggests an internal awareness that the directives violated standard DOJ and FBI compliance protocols.
For context, FBI guidelines strictly forbid opening domestic terrorism or criminal intelligence cases based solely on First Amendment-protected activities.
I'm no stranger to the investigative machinery of the USA. The feds violated my rights and subpoenaed my private data during Trump's first term.
The fact of the matter is FBI agents are being diverted away from major transnational organized crime and drug cartel investigations... to focus on protesters and social media users. It's ridiculous.
How many violent criminals are getting away just so feds can dig into civilians exercising their First Amendment rights? This is obviously a very dangerous compromise of public safety to serve radical, extremist, far-right political objectives.
