All PE groups were welcomed back this week and successfully completed their PE induction. During the induction they learnt about the high standards and expectations within the department, as well as finding out about all of the extra-curricular opportunities on offer ๐คฉ

Congratulations to our very own Molly N in Y9 who has qualified for 6 events at the British Swimming Championships. Throughout the week she will be competing in the 1500m, 800m, 400m freestyle, 200m butterfly, 200m and 400m Individual Medley. Good luck Molly! ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐๐ป

busy night of fixtures this evening with three teams qualifying for the city finals.
Our Y8 boys finished in 2nd place and both our y9 and Y10 girls finished 3rd. What an amazing group of students ๐

Our Y7 girls competed in the Leeds schools rounders league this afternoon and came away with 3 wins and 1 loss. A great effort from all of the girls today. Well done ๐๐ป #rounders
It was great to see our KS3 leaders in action today at the Leeds Schools Primary Panathlon. 15 of our leaders helped to organise and lead a
range of activities at Morley leisure centre and they did a fantastic job. Well done!

Congratulations to our Y7 athletics team who finished in first position in pool A at the Leeds Schools Championships this week. Out of 27 events we had 13 gold medals๐ฅ and 6 silver medals ๐ฅ.
We were also the highest overall points scorers out of all 27 schools that took part ๐คฉ

Y9 student Jake B has signed a two year contract extension with @mancity
Jake works extremely hard balancing school work and his football commitments and we are so happy that he has secured another two years of development at the Premier League giants.
