@adequatelyjed When I increase rent on a current tenant, I rarely raise it more than 5 or 10% and only after 3 to 5 years. Unfortunately needed to cover inflationary costs though. If I read correctly, yours was 30% +. That is hard to swallow. I would look for options. Is it worth staying?

@adequatelyjed Sorry for your situation. Unfortunately, it is supply and demand. Your landlord likely believes that if you won't pay the rate increase, someone else will. In fact, if you move out, he will likely charge more.

As a landlord myself, I try to only increase rent with new renters.

@agusaboy @AutodeskRevit I then add a second callout referring to the first callout....allowing me to add the callout throughout the project, but also to disconnect with the crop boundary of the original view if the detail's crop needs to be different than the orifginal...which is always.

@agusaboy @AutodeskRevit Yes.... it is a property of the callout view. There is a preoperty of callouts called "Show In" which can be set to "Parent View Only" or "Intersecting Views". In your case, it is probably set to the latter.

@agusaboy @AutodeskRevit I will often do this on purpose to get the callout to show up as a section in other specified views. I also use it to use a little known trick of changing the "Hide In Scales Courser Than" parameter to 12"=1'-0", making it disappear completely.

@A5hkanM Easy answer. Copy monitor only those you need to show in your drawings or you need to place elements on. Who cares what they did directionally. Once they are yours, you can crop them to your scope box and turn theirs off.

In general, it’s only a mess on project start.

@jasonkunk Jason, thanks for sharing... Burnet, Texas here...also cloudy, but miraculously had spots of clarity and a complete break in the clouds during the total eclipse. The photos here don't do it justice, but amazing experience!!

@jasonkunk If I was paid to give them a recording for the one event, and it was marketed as such, not a problem. Otherwise, it's very unethical, to say the least, and potentially fraud. I hope he or she was paid in some way...or that they did not charge their attendees for a free video.

@RealJamesWoods Following the logic, the only people who can get sick are the unvaccinated. And apparently they can only pass it on to other unvaccinated individuals…because the vaccinated are safe. So, if that is your logic, why are you concerned about the unvaccinated? You are vaccinated. ;)

@Naija_Analyst @ACTBrigitte @TuckerCarlson I’m just amazed at the sheer number of wrong answers. 2,3, 1 is correct. The person on the right rule only applies at a 3 or 4 way stop. There are no stop signs here. Makes me concerned to drive. ;)

I suspect, due to your strong feelings, you are equally advocating for the indictment of Hillary and Biden, since they both hid documents in their private residences for years (Biden's garage), and in Hillary's case, not only did not return, but actually destroyed them.
