Last January, coach @TMDaddis asked me to work with her 12U team from Jacksonville, about two hours away from @TheBallplex. I didn’t know what to expect, but it was a great opportunity to see how younger players would respond to my training.

The first thing I introduced was my activation and prep work routine because I believe it’s one of the most important parts of the entire process. These kids went home, stayed consistent with it, and Coach Daddis did a great job reinforcing it. I got to see them about once a month, and every visit they looked noticeably better.

When you introduce good movement patterns early and stay consistent, small improvements keep adding up over time. The younger you start, the more time you have to develop without rushing the process.

This group is going to be really impressive when their time comes, and I can’t wait to watch them keep developing. 💪🏼

2032 Georgia Griffin is so young she doesn’t even have an X account yet 🤣

Just turned 12 and there’s a lot to like. Calm, composed 5’6 middle infielder with great bat-to-ball skills. Finds barrels over and over.

Big power potential for her age, but it’s her ability to consistently barrel balls that will take her to the next level.

Long day but a great one.

Got to spend time with three great groups today. When kids show up ready to learn, it makes you want to give them even more because you know they’re taking it all in.

Worked with the 18u and 16u teams on their pregame routine and added body prep movements using the Tidal Tank to get them ready to swing, especially when space to hit is limited.

Get the body ready to hit, not hit to get the body ready. 💪🏼
