Last October, everything shifted.

I stopped trading the ICT 10AM reversal.
I stopped worshipping ICT macro times.
I broke away from the ICT ideology.

Instead, I waited for the 10AM continuation.
I started using VWAP.
I took 1R.

Every single trade was taken LIVE, for free, in front of my Discord community.

For accountability.
For transparency.
To show what’s actually possible.

Not going to lie, this week has been tough.

Monday: -$1K
Tuesday: +$1K
Today: -$1.2K

Total: down $1.2K on my 150K's this week.

Honestly, that’s not bad at all. I’m actually proud of the losses because they came from setups I’d take again.
But man… the delivery has been terrible lately.

The way price has been moving, only to finally make the move after 4PM or during the overnight session, has been annoying.

Someone call the market makers and remind them that NY Session has always been the best session… because it seems like they forgot 🤣

@MrZincx Bruh it took me out and then left for the lows :( the Vwap chop was disgusting... And the only reason I had that tight stop on the 2nd attempt was because ES had already taken PDL. Annoying market to trade today that's forsure!
