@hazetradez @FreightAlley I’ve lived this for the past decade. Yellow hadn’t been paying into Central States for years. Central States was bailed out and is a separate entity from Yellow and they’ve warned Yellow they’d get kicked out

@supertrucker @POTUFC @FreightAlley I get that but I know of two union shops in CSP, excellent pay and benefits and looking for drivers. But having been through this it’s easier to say than do. It’s a tough deal and walk a mile in their shoes.

@supertrucker In past economies I get that but there are so many union shops that are begging for qualified CDL drivers. My son just settled his contract at $40/hr plus benefits and they’re still short drivers Plus the Yellow guys knew the company wasn’t paying into that pension for years.
