@AirbnbHelp@Hilton Also @AirbnbHelp I stayed at this property in June. Looks like you removed my 1 star review to benefit the host. Sounds like fraud to me… included the definition in case you weren’t aware.
@AirbnbHelp I was charged an extra cleaning fee for my stay at one of your rental properties after leaving a 1 star review of the host. The host claims I didn’t put my pets on my reservation and that is why I’m hit with more fees I appealed and was still found at fault. Explain?
Hey @AirbnbHelp it’s really a bad look when your support hotline can’t support customers who dispute fraudulent fees by hosts because “it’s handled by another department” again I was only charged AFTER I left a 1 star review. Taking my business back to @Hilton
