@Uber if you are going to hire drivers in the USA, please make sure they speak English. Thank you. I had a massive issue at 5AM due to a driver not being able to speak English and therefore not understanding a situation I was dealing with that required me to get an Uber. HELP!

@Delta I’m payed more for my reserve Amex to get unlimited access to the lounge and other perks. Can I get a discount on that card now that access is going to be limited to 10x per year in 2025?

@Delta I’m saddened by the change in the SkyMiles Program. The Perks of my Reserve card and diminished, it’s harder to obtain status despite flying a lot. May have to look for a new airline to give my money to.
