Leadership is built on the bedrock of service,a commitment to serve with integrity and advance the mandate of the collective that one leads.
It must be imbued with respect for the collective, act honestly and timely, taking and executing unpopular decisions.
@mamolelemohale@SAPoliceService That's my concern as well posts must be created and advertised to be filled by members of this calibre.
They're just purposely denying him opportunities to develop further personally through delaying while abusing his knowledge.
@SAPoliceService Firstly let me take this opportunity to congratulate Dr Lindokuhle Ngcobo for his achievement academically through dedication and commitment he's a force to be reckoned.🇿🇦
The concern is does SAPS recognise and acknowledge him.
Why not promote the member? 😞

Today’s developments around the Madlanga Commission reported on by @pule_jones and @Abramjee on @eNCA DSTV 403:
•Medicare24 CEO Mike van Wyk has been subpoenaed to testify on Monday, but sources indicate he may seek a postponement, arguing that he only received notice this week and requires time to prepare. Sources further claim that he fears for his safety and has allegedly been receiving death threats.
•Major-General Ebrahim Kadwa has been suspended, with an expedited disciplinary process reportedly underway.
•Gauteng Chief Traffic Inspector Samuel Mashaba was also suspended over the weekend, while his associate, Tumelo Nku, is expected to take the witness stand tomorrow.
•The witness on the stand today is SAPS Brigadier Campbell Nyuswa, Provincial Commander of the Serious Organised Crime Investigation (SOCI) unit for the DPCI/Hawks in KwaZulu-Natal.
The Commission’s evidence leaders are Adv Lee Segeels-Ncube and Adv Mahlape Sello SC.
•Questions are also being asked about the commission’s Second Interim Report, which was handed to President Cyril Ramaphosa at the end of May. To date, neither the key findings nor any referrals arising from the report have been made public.
•The commission still has a lengthy list of witnesses scheduled to testify before the end of July, including Major-General Firoz Khan, Major-General Lesetja Senona, businessman Suliman Carrim, Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, Lieutenant-General Dumisane Khumalo, suspended Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and several others.
With so many witnesses still to be heard, questions remain about whether the commission can conclude its work within the current timeframe or whether a further extension of its mandate may become necessary.
@SANDF_ZA It's actually a good cause and remembrance of the 76 youths that fought the oppressive system amongst others education was their key factor.
Now it's up to the youths of 2000's to take the fight to another level in prioritizing education not drugs. 🇿🇦
@EFFSouthAfrica Congratulations in order to Mr Nkululeko Dunga for his achievement through hard work. 👏👏👏🙏
A best cut above the rest going forward in serving the public or masses selflessly is INTEGRITY. 👌

@MDNnewss The moment we've been all waiting finally came and the same for Sibiya as well as pressure mounts.
Let's sit back and be taken through to some explosive scenes in the wake of flurry accusations against him.
@SAPoliceService It shouldn't start and end here...
SAPS constitutionally got powers vested in it to serve and protect the inhabitants of South Africa.
Had it not been due rampant corruption in SAPS and the government more resources could've been deployed effectively.
@SABCNews_Radio Standing to be corrected I think this shooting can be or maybe motivated by rivalry by certain tavern owners greediness being the cause.
In taxi industry we have shootings too.
Taxis, taverns and tuckshops are old black businesses disrupted by jealousy!
