Yesterday, in Wukari, the Governor of Benue State, H.E. Hyacinth Alia, joined a high-powered meeting aimed at finding lasting solutions to the crisis affecting parts of the two neighbouring states.
The meeting was attended by delegations from both states, led by myself on one hand and my Benue counterpart on the other.
After our engagement, we proceeded to Abako in Benue State and Chanchanji in Taraba State to meet with the internally displaced persons in these communities.
As a government, we will continue to work round the clock to make our communities safer for all โ locals and visitors.

Military zone, keep off! We sacrificed and suffered during training, not to be disrespected by civilians who think we donโt know our job. Thanks to Nigeria for the love and motivation. Better days ahead! ๐ณ๐ฌ

We thanked God for his protection and blessings upon us, and also for his guidance in the last two years as we assume the leadership of Taraba State.
We are confident in the prospect of better days ahead and the opportunities available to Tarabans โ while reaffirming our dedication and covenant to serve the people with integrity and courage.
We need everyone onboard!
