Not the first instance. Whenever I order anything big especially pet food, he just gives a missed call and shows attempted delivery, never delivers.

@AmazonHelp total high handedness in Hyderabad. Any big package I order does not get delivered. They just show attempted delivery and return the product. Royal Canin pet food multiple times earlier . And now Yamaha Guitar. Can you not haul up your delivery partners or system

@AmazonHelp A total victory for @AmazonHelp @amazonIN which enjoys the free money of customer for a fortnight or more and then returns it interest free to the customer. If in a day even a few thousand customers are duped like this .. the free money held by Amazon runs into millions

@AmazonHelp Every time a new executive will speak and assure me that he will resolve and then .. another new executive will speak and so on for more than a dozen times .. by which time customer loses interest because he has other jobs too apart from speaking to Amazon executives.
