@on_lothianbuses I never get a bus from Edinburgh airport because it’s always a gruesome experience with rude staff. Highland show today so thought I would chance it. Never again. Staff shouting and treating folk like cattle.

@British_Airways not very impressive at b45 at LHR for the EDI flight. Sending folk down the escalator but no staff and nowhere to get off the escalator was dangerous. A sensible passenger had to come up with a solution. Poor.

@British_Airways LHR. I have literally not once managed to board with my hand luggage on BA this year. And it’s always a total disorganised mess at the gate. And this time they kept putting the tape back up between passengers which was a waste of time.

@British_Airways the experience of flying BA used to be special. Now it’s as bad as Ryanair. It’s a disorganised scrap at the gate and if you’ve booked with a carry on, it’s now a definite you’ll have it taken away at the gate (which slows everything) if you are gp 4. So poor.

In last 3 weeks, I’ve seen respectably dressed men on the public transport system: a) bully a teenager for the way he sat down, b) terrorise a polite homeless man, c) swear at a woman for the crime of sitting on the seat he wanted d) scream at bus driver for being “wrong bus”.

@Se_Railway I am on the 0719 from Mottingham to London Bridge in the first carriage. I was sitting on the last seat in the 6 bank. A very aggressive man sat in the middle and was pushing me until I got up and left. He said plan worked and called me a twat. Is this acceptable?
