Subject: Follow-up on Illegal Water Connections at B-2/319, Duggal Farm, Tara Nagar, Kakrola, New Delhi - 110078
Respected Sir/Madam,
We had earlier raised a complaint regarding illegal water connections in the area. The concerned JE along with his team inspected the site and disconnected the illegal connections.
However, it has come to our notice that 10 out of 15 disconnected connections have been illegally reconnected by the building owners themselves a few days ago.
We request you to kindly get the matter verified immediately and share the Action Taken Report (ATR) with us, clearly indicating whether these connections are legitimate or still illegal.
Your urgent intervention is requested.
@MCD_Delhi@DC_NGZMCD This complaint was closed within 10 mins by JE (B) Najafgarh zone without any inspection or action. WHY? He is not picking up the phone to share the reason or update. Kindly share the detailed action taken report for the sake of TRANSPARENCY.
@gupta_rekha is this kind of transparency you usually mention in ur posts?
@LtGovDelhi could you please intervene here to ensure transparency?

@DC_NGZMCD@MCD_Delhi could you please share the action taken report on the attached booking notice? 15 days were given to the builder to respond which have been completed even more than a month has been passed and no corrective action is visible by builder or from @DC_NGZMCD .
the illegal construction work has been completed without interruption. Congratulations to @MCD_Delhi 👏👏
It is evident that the directions issued by @gupta_rekha, @LtGovDelhi, and @MoHUA_India are not being effectively enforced by @MCD_Delhi and @DC_NGZMCD.
Merely booking the property and issuing a Stop Work Notice to @DelhiPolice, @DCPDwarka, and SHO Dwarka North serves little purpose if the builder continues construction openly. The objective of a Stop Work Notice is to ensure that the work actually ceases—not just to complete a procedural formality.
Our team has been inspecting the site daily, and no Stop Work Notice has been found displayed on the gate or boundary wall of the property, as is expected for public enforcement and transparency.
Unfortunately, this sends a clear message that no serious enforcement action is being taken by @DelhiGovDigital, @LtGovDelhi, @MCD_Delhi, or @DelhiPolice. Continued inaction despite repeated complaints only strengthens the public perception that #Corruption is prevailing over the rule of law.

As of today, 13 July 2026, the illegal construction work is still continuing without interruption.
It is evident that the directions related to G+5 construction issued by @gupta_rekha, @LtGovDelhi, and @MoHUA_India are not being effectively enforced by @MCD_Delhi and @DC_NGZMCD.

@@MCD_Delhi@DC_NGZMCD@CPCB_OFFICIAL It is extremely frustrating to see that despite dozens of complaints submitted to @MCD_Delhi officials and repeated posts on X, no concrete action has been taken regarding the cleaning of side drains in our colony.
As highlighted multiple times earlier, the attached complaint had already received almost all necessary approvals, and the action was scheduled for April 4. However, it is still unclear why the matter has been put on hold and who is responsible for this unnecessary delay.
We request the @MCD_Delhi Commissioner and @LtGovDelhi to kindly intervene and ensure immediate action on this complaint so that the drains in our colony are cleaned without further delay.
Residents are being forced to live in extremely unhygienic conditions, and unfortunately, nobody in @gupta_rekha government seems concerned enough to address this serious public health issue.
@DC_NGZMCD@MCD_Delhi
Why has no strict enforcement action been taken against this school despite the apparent obstruction of the main side drain, causing a public nuisance and posing a serious sanitation and flooding risk to the residents of Tara Nagar?
The attached photographs clearly show construction debris (malba) dumped into the drain along the entire frontage of the school’s boundary wall, obstructing the natural flow of storm water.
Such acts appear to violate the obligations relating to public drains and the prohibition against causing obstruction or depositing waste in municipal drains under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, including the Corporation’s powers to remove obstructions from public drains and to initiate action against those responsible. The continued inaction also undermines the Corporation’s statutory duty to maintain public drains and public health.
We request: ✅ Immediate joint site inspection by the concerned Engineering and Sanitation officials. ✅ Removal of the dumped debris and restoration of the drain to its original condition. ✅ Identification of the responsible persons and initiation of appropriate proceedings under the applicable provisions of the DMC Act, 1957, including recovery of removal costs and imposition of penalties, wherever warranted.
Residents should not be made to suffer due to blatant encroachment and obstruction of public drainage infrastructure.

@DC_NGZMCD@MCD_Delhi Kindly refer the attached latest photos from the same location and the side drain is still entirely blocked due to full of malba dumped by Mata Kaushalya Public School, Duggal Farm, Tara Nagar, Kakrola.
Your team needs to clean out this malba from the drains to flow stagnant water in forward direction.
Also take strict action against this school for committing the punishable offence under section 357/397 of DMC Act 1957.

@Sachingupta We supposed to be welfare state sir not the police state after independence. Now High Courts of different states have given special mention of police proceedings.
