JUDICIARY TO CONVENE 2026 JUDICIARY CONFERENCE TO DISCUSS THE FUTURE OF A SINGLE, INDEPENDENT, EFFECTIVE AND ACCOUNTABLE JUDICIARY

The Chief Justice of the Republic of South Africa, together with the Heads of Court, will convene the 2026 Judiciary Conference from 13 to 17 July 2026, in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, bringing together Judicial Officers from across the country to engage on matters critical to the administration of justice and the future of the Judiciary.

Held under the theme “Towards a Single, Institutionally Independent, and Accountable Judiciary.”
