பெரும்பாலான மாணவர்கள் 11 ஆம் வகிப்பிற்கான வினாத்தாள் குறித்தும் முக்கிய வினாக்கள் குறித்தும் தொடர்ந்து கேட்டுவருகின்றனர். இம்முறை அதுபோன்ற புளூ பிரின்ட் மற்றும் முக்கிய கேள்விகள் போன்ற நடைமுறைகளை தொடர தமிழக அரசு விரும்பவில்லை.

9. தேர்வு நாளின்போது புதிய பாடங்களை படிப்பதை தவிர்க்க வேண்டும். ஏற்கனவே படித்த பாடங்களை திரும்ப படித்து நினைவில் கொள்வது நல்லது.

7. தேர்வுக்குச் செல்லும் போது எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் காலை உணவை தவிர்க்கக் கூடாது. தேர்வுக்கு முந்தைய நாள் நன்கு உறங்குவது அவசியம்.

6. அதிகமாக தண்ணீர் மற்றும் பழச் சாறுகளை உட்கொள்வது அவசியம். ரசாயன குளிர்பானங்களை தவிர்ப்பது நல்லது.

5. படிக்கும் போது மனதில் காட்சிகளாக பதிய வைத்துக்கொள்வது அல்லது படமாக வரைந்து வைத்துக்கொள்வது தேர்வின் போது நினைவுகூற உதவும்.

4. கண்களை மூடி, இரு கண்களுக்கு இடையில் கவனத்தை குவித்து 20 நிமிடங்கள் பயிற்சி செய்ய வேண்டும். இப்படி தொடர்ந்து 14 நாட்கள் பயிற்சி செய்வதன் மூலம் கவனத்திறன் அதிகரிக்கும்.

3. மாணவர்கள் தேர்வு நேரங்களில் மூச்சு பயிற்ச்சியில் ஈடுபடுவது நல்லது. காலை எழுந்ததும் மற்றும் உறங்குவதற்கு முன் 20 நிமிடங்கள் மூச்சு பயிற்சியில் ஈடுபட வேண்டும். தேர்வு நேர பதட்டங்களை குறைக்க இந்த பயிற்சி உதவும்.

2. நேரத்தை வீனாக்கும் செயல்களில் ஈடுபட வேண்டாம். குறிப்பாக செல்போன், கம்ப்யூட்டர்களில் ஒரு நாளைக்கு 30 நிமிடங்களுக்கு மேல் செலவளிக்கவேண்டாம்.
