I want to say a big thank you to everyone that was a part of making this documentary about my journey with PTSD. Thank you to Backroad, Jay, Remie, and Carl for sharing your stories with me and the world.
I've been receiving so many messages, and it has been overwhelming to see the amount of positivity and love. It is heartening to know how many people have said that this documentary has helped and inspired them to embark on their own healing journeys.
Throughout the process, I have had doubts and anxieties about letting people see my vulnerabilities, but the response from everyone has made it feel worthwhile.

Over the past few months, I have been involved in the filming of a documentary for Channel 4. The focus of this documentary was my personal journey through therapy, which aimed to address and cope with my past traumas. As a result, I received an official diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Throughout the documentary, I traveled across the country, meeting and connecting with other individuals who were also grappling with PTSD.
