@edtwt_vicky i try to go 4-6 days a week!! my workout split is legs, push, pull and i warm up with 10 mins on treadmill or stair master and dynamic stretching and then i do my strength training and after that my cooldown is another 10 mins on treadmill and static stretching!!

@420_kcal TYSMM honestly i have a hard time getting hitting my protein goal cuz i find it hard to freaking eat so much to hit it but i try to find foods that are low in volume but still protein dense and that helps me tons ππ

how to still eat your cultural food while restricting???? i feel like a lot of my cultural food is so heavy and oily and high calorie but i miss it so much :(
