@rampagetheram@cabernetblend@katsuxbt But wasn’t it nerve damage that caused the loss of arm strength? That seems related to those injuries and surgeries.
@massivejackmm@WrestlingMark16 I agree with the B & G thing for sure
I included the Rebel show because even though it was preplanned, it was still a big chunk of time you couldn’t dedicate to storylines or promos. It also might have limited what they wanted to put on the show (not wanting to wreck the vibes).
@rampagetheram@cabernetblend@katsuxbt That definitely helped Brady’s career, but I don’t think diet and exercise would have saved Manning’s neck/spine or Brees’s shoulder though. When a powerful 300+ lbs lineman hits/lands on your shoulder like that, things are probably going to break/tear.
That’s football.
@massivejackmm@WrestlingMark16 To be fair, didn’t they do essentially 3 tribute shows over the past 5 weeks? That’s going to have an effect on stories being able to breathe (even though it was the right thing to do).
I’m not saying your overall point is wrong; I just kinda give it a pass right now.
@mavvyyyyblaz3@Djake_Unchained@yashar Sure, but I think it’s a different dynamic when you are on-screen cohosts on a national tv show.
I don’t know these ppl and won’t pretend to know who is good or bad, but not telling your co-host ahead of time that the show is about to drastically change seems surprising.
@mavvyyyyblaz3@Djake_Unchained@yashar I don’t see those as conflicting at all though. I think it’s completely reasonable to not have a close friendship/relationship with your older co-star, but your on-camera partner leaving could really affect your career/the path of the show. It’s a business thing, not personal.
@YoMommmaisaho@DrFattyMcButter@shooter4_22 But again, that’s not what I was arguing. I’ve already said that I buy they knew it was a former player & her family and harassed them on purpose.
The ONLY thing I was pushing back on was the statement that they knew about her allergy and did it on purpose. I doubt that part.
@YoMommmaisaho@DrFattyMcButter@shooter4_22 That’s fine. I wasn’t arguing that though. I was just pushing back on the claim that they knew about her allergies and knew what they were doing.
I think it was dumb and very rude (and have no problem with any punishment). I just don’t think they intentionally tried to hurt her
@DrFattyMcButter@shooter4_22 I certainly don’t disagree. If your allergy is that bad, it’s a very bad idea to go to a sports arena. I also doubt that the mascot was intentionally trying to aggravate an allergy.
I was just curious about the differences between corn & peanut allergies. Thanks.
@BoredToTears25@shooter4_22 Yeah, I’m not an Aces fan, but I really doubt they intentionally tried to poison a kid via a corn allergy.
Maybe they purposefully messed with a former player/her family due to some kind of grudge, but I have a hard time believing they tried to hurt the kid.
@DrFattyMcButter@shooter4_22 Are you sure? I’ve known people with peanut allergies who can be affected even if they don’t eat the peanuts.
I know this is a corn allergy. I’m just wondering if someone with a severe allergy couldn’t be affected by something like this.
@ZarsWorld2@dunm_ola She voiced Posion Ivy in 2 DC animated movies, did an Audible series, and a very poorly reviewed animated movie (Night of the Animated Dead). She was also in a Netflix sci fi show that seemed to have middling reviews.
@ZarsWorld2@dunm_ola I like Katie & don’t doubt how she felt or her right to feel that way. However, I get why her comments here seem weird to ppl.
She played Bo Katan as a voice actor already. Between voicing the character & playing her in live action, she really didn’t have that many credits.
@WWE@TripleH Why was he climbing a ladder nowhere near the centre of the ring? Why was the ambulance made of some kind of weak wood? Why did he jump onto the ambulance?
It’s difficult to suspend disbelief when nothing that’s happening makes any logical sense. Spots for spots sake
