Take part in fun fitness challenges with @unitygym throughout our festival!

Join a 5KM morning run with @canadianforces members on Saturday morning, take part in a rowing contest at the Unity booth and enjoy fun daily workouts with Unity Fitness instructors.

The @RoyalCanNavy is returning to our festival with the HMCS Oriole! Originally chartered for the Royal Canadian Yacht Club of Toronto, this remarkable vessel took on a new mission during World War II, serving as a training ship for the Navy. See her in person Sept 16-17!
