@mackaytaggart I renewed mine on-line in 2021. Super-easy, didn’t need an interview or new pic, new card quickly in the mail. My kid got flagged for an interview/new pic, took almost 2 yrs to get the appt. but the old card was still good until the interview and new card came in the mail.
